The YMCA of Western North Carolina (“YMCA of WNC,” “we” and “us”) is committed to maintaining the privacy of our members and donors, and is the sole owner of the information collected on the YMCA of Western North Carolina’s website (the “website”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from those disclosed in this statement. The YMCA of WNC collects information from visitors at several different points on this website.

Joining Online, Program Registration and Online Donations
In order to use some of the features on this website, including online program registration, membership, and donations, visitors must submit billing and contact information. This information is used solely by the YMCA of WNC and its designated assigns for processing donations, membership dues, or program dues.
