Member Engagement Representative

Job Location: Reuter Family YMCA

Membership Engagement Representatives (MER) greet members throughout the facility, handle money transactions, register members and non-members for membership and programs, and enter information correctly into the database. Additional responsibilities include giving tours of the facility and being able to answer member questions or concerns. MERs are required to attend all staff meetings and be aware of programs offered throughout the center as well as the Association.
