Under the Direction of the Youth Development Director and consistent with the mission of the YMCA, the Healthy Living Counselor supervises the operation of the climbing wall program offered at the Reuter Family YMCA. Tasks include providing a safe and fun climbing experience while teaching basic climbing skills, maintaining the cleanliness of the climbing wall area, reporting and documenting any equipment or facility malfunctions, and enforcing all Climbing Wall policies and procedures.
