PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD

Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading Registration is now open.  Please click on the link below to register in your area.  A quick review, so you know what area you need to register under:

South Asheville – TC Roberson High School, Veritas, Carolina Day

Central Asheville – Asheville High School

Greater Asheville – North Buncombe, Enka, Erwin, Reynolds, Owen

Hendersonville/Transylvania – Henderson County, Brevard, Rosman

This is our second year with online registration and we are excited to make this process easier for you and many others.  You can pay by credit card online and your registration will be complete and you will receive a conformation email.  Please make sure you read the FAQ before you register.  The FAQ is located on the home page of each association registration page.

If you pay by check your registration will not be complete until your check has been recieved and entered in by one of our Membership Service Staff members at the front desk of the Reuter Family YMCA.  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE AT THE REUTER FAMILY YMCA ONLY. 

You can set up a payment plan if needed online during your registration process. Just follow the direction to set that up.  If a scholarship is needed you can still register online just use the “PAY BY CHECK” option.  You will need to bring in your 2012 Income Tax Return that has the name of the child that you’re are registering and claim on your return. If this is a problem please tell our YMCA Pop Warner Coordinator, William Edmonds and we will work with you.

If you are a YMCA members your discount will be taken off at the end before you are asked to pay.  If you register as a YMCA member and you are not active in our YMCA of WNC membership database then your registration will not be final.  To receive the YMCA membership rate YOU MUST have a family membership that has the child’s name under that membership.

If you have a 2012 balance and you pay in full for the 2013 season your registration will not be complete.  We will take the amount you pay and minus your 2012 balance to bring your account up-to-date.  You will be emailed if this happens to you.
