Kristen Weaver has been passionate about wellness since she was 18 years old when she began instructing group exercise and wellness coaching during her college years. She currently holds certifications in Muscle Pump, Cardio and Step Aerobics, Cycle, Zumba, and Individual Wellness Coaching. Kristen graduated in the spring of 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a minor in the social sciences, emphasizing psychology and interpersonal communication, Magna Cum Laude from Brevard College located in Brevard, NC.
