Fitness classes that are age appropriate and fun! These classes are only offered during certain times of year and each center will have more information regarding dates and times.
Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga

Yoga is a discipline that can lead kids on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body. Class size is limited. Ages 3-7. (limited ratio) Sign-up must be done by 8am on the morning of the class.


Mission Statement: To put Christian Principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
