Parent/Child

Children and parents are introduced to the water together during Child Parent classes. This is a great opportunity to bond with your child while introducing them to the water for the first time.
Pike- Preschoolers

Pike- Preschoolers

This class gets children comfortable in the water while teaching basic swimming skills and safety. This is a great class for beginning swimmers.
Eel- Preschoolers

Eel- Preschoolers

Children who are comfortable in the water will increase swimming ability and continue to learn about safety. This is a great class for swimmers who have some experience with water, but do not have specific skills.
Ray- Preschoolers

Ray- Preschoolers

Ray lessons incorporate the needs of intermediate swimmers who can move through shallow water independently. They are taught the foundations of specific strokes such as the backstroke, sidestroke and breaststroke. Students are also introduced to breathing techniques and diving.
Starfish- Preschoolers

Starfish- Preschoolers

Stroke technique will be fine-tuned and new swimming skills such as underwater swimming, breaststroke, and butterfly will be introduced.
Polliwog- Youth

Polliwog- Youth

Children will become comfortable in the water while learning basic swimming skills. This is a great class for beginning swimmers.
Guppy- Youth

Guppy- Youth

Basic swimming skills are strengthened while also focusing on endurance.
Minnow- Youth

Minnow- Youth

Swimmers refine previously learned strokes, increase endurance, and are introduced to new strokes and skills such as breast stroke, diving, and butterfly.
Fish- Youth

Fish- Youth

Swimmers work on swimming “laps” of the previously learned strokes and fine-tune swimming technique.

Flying Fish- Advanced Youth

Flying Fish- Advanced Youth

Swimmers work on skills of competitive swimming while emphasizing on technique and endurance.
Porpoise- Advanced Youth

Porpoise- Advanced Youth

These classes are designed to feel like a swim team. Children will be prepped for swim team, and also get a chance to get a feel for what a swim team would be like.
