November News: Give back to yourself and the community this month
Holiday Crunch is back
It’s crunch time! Join our annual Holiday Crunch challenge to motivate yourself to keep moving during the holiday season. Starting November 16, work out at least 20 times by December 31 to be rewarded with a happier, healthier you – and a T-shirt too.
You’ll track your workouts at the center where you register. Sign up at any Y center and get ready to crunch your way through the holidays.

We’re grateful to all military veterans for their courage, strength, dedication, and sacrifices made to protect and keep us safe. We remember this all throughout the year, especially on Veterans Day.
