Find out what you’re made of
Leave the guessing behind and learn what’s going on inside your body with the InBody 380 body composition analyzer. This noninvasive analysis gives you a more complete picture of your health, not just your weight. Our coaching staff will teach you how to interpret your results to reach your fitness goals.
Stop by the front desk to schedule your 30-minute appointment. The first scan is free for members. Learn more and find the schedule here.

Do you know your risk of type 2 diabetes? The YMCA offers no-cost diabetes risk screenings and HbA1c testing at select locations. Offered in English and Spanish/Ofrecemos en Español. To reserve your spot, call 828-575-2922 or email [email protected].

Donate food this fall

Veterans, we salute you
We’re grateful to all military veterans for their courage, strength, dedication, and sacrifices made to protect and keep us safe. We remember this all throughout the year, especially on Veterans Day.
The Y's Military Appreciation program covers several types of membership with corresponding rates, which apply as long as the veteran or active military individual is a Y member. Joining fees are waived for veterans, active military, and their family members.
Donate blood to make a difference
Give the gift of life! The Ferguson Family YMCA is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 12:30-5 p.m. Donate blood and help make a difference in the lives of others. Reserve your time here.
