Need a break? We've got you.
The Y has you covered when you've got things to do. We offer two childcare programs for kids ages 1-12 at multiple locations with a variety of dates and times:
- Parents Night Out is the perfect opportunity to enjoy some time off while your child has fun with us. You don't have to be a member to register, although members get the best rate. Find upcoming sessions here.
- Members can use Kids Club when they need to run errands or get some work done. This benefit gives you the opportunity to leave the facility while your child enjoys fun activities and makes new friends. Click here to find a time that works for you.
Party with the Bulldogs
We’re partnering with UNC Asheville Athletics and Ingles to host a Bulldog Block Party on Oct. 16 on the Biltmore Park Town Square Green. Join us for this free event featuring family-friendly activities, live music, games, giveaways, and opportunities to meet Bulldog student athletes. The event is from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
HEALTHY LIVING
Go beyond the scale
We’re excited to announce the launch of the new InBody 380 scanner, which provides a detailed analysis of your health and fitness. Stop by the front desk to schedule your 30-minute appointment. The first scan is free for members. Our coaching staff will teach you how to interpret your results to reach your fitness goals. One scanner is based at the Reuter Family Y, and the other travels between locations.
Reduce your risk
Are you looking for support in preventing or managing type 2 diabetes? The Y offers a research-based Diabetes Prevention Program focused on helping you make lasting healthy lifestyle changes. This program is offered at no cost, in both English and Spanish. Contact [email protected] or call 828-209-5012 to learn more.
A new season of Les Mills
Get ready to get moving! We're hosting Les Mills launch parties this month as we open new Les Mills classes with all new music and moves. This is a great chance to learn some moves and try out new classes.
