Postpartum AVL Support Group

Join us for a warm, welcoming postpartum support group in collaboration with Postpartum AVL. This space is for mothers in the postpartum period with babies from newborn to 12 months old.

This group offers a safe and inclusive environment to talk openly about postpartum experiences while building a meaningful community.

Babies 12 months and under are welcome. The Y also offers free drop-in childcare, so you can take a child-free hour to rest, reflect, and connect with other parents.
