Bereavement Support Group

Share experiences with others on a similar journey at this monthly bereavement support group at the Woodfin Y. This group is for individuals 21 and older who have lost an adult loved one. The group's purpose is to help each of us rebuild strength of mind, body and spirit.

This group is a safe and supportive place for all and is free to the community. Meets in the third floor conference room on the first Tuesday of the month from 6-7 p.m. For questions, contact Will at [email protected].
