Steady Ground: Holding Space for Caregivers of Teens

Caring for a teen in the modern world can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times uncertain. Steady Ground is a supportive, closed group designed for parents and caregivers. This group provides a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and your relationship with your teen.

Through guided reflection and conversation, participants will explore connection, empathy, and self-compassion while connecting with others who understand. Each participant will also create a small personal reminder to take with them.
